I was watching some videos on Google video today and I ran across this one.. then I did a google search for thermite.. There seems to be some (conspiracy) theory that the WTC was brought down intentially. I did a bit of research and found some facts on the subject.

Watch this video about thermite so that you can understand what it can do.

and then read this article

Here is some info on Iron. Note that the Melting point of iron is 1811 K (1538 °C, 2800 °F).

Here is some more info on thermite.

* 2500°C (4500°F) - Burning temperature of Thermite
* 1538ºC (2800ºF) - melting point of iron
* ~1510ºC (2750ºF) - melting point of typical structural steel
* ~825ºC (1517ºF) - maximum temperature of hydrocarbon fires burning in the atmosphere without pressurization or pre-heating (premixed fuel and air - blue flame)

16 minutes into this video gets REALLY good. BYU Professor Steven E. Jones gives an update on his research of the events of September 11th 2001. Research is being done regarding the what looks like "molten metal" pouring out of the South Tower, possibly Thermite or thermate, same as used in explosives. Also, homeland security bribed Professor Jones with a grant if he would stop talking about 9/11. This was filmed on April 6 2006 by LatterdayConservative.com, posted online to 911TruthSeekers.org

» Holy gasoline Batman!
I filled up my tank on my way to work Monday morning and as soon as I started up the ramp to get on I70 my car started stalling. I decided NOT to get on I70 and I drove it back home at a top speed of 20MPH. I spent the day trying to figure out what was wong with my car. I even rented an ODBC II code scanner from AutoZone for $170. I called the Pilot gas station that I purchased the gas and told them that I think their gas had damaged my car. They told me they monitor the water levels in their gas and they had not detected any and referred me to their "risk management" department. I spoke to someone there and explained the problem. They told me that once I had determined that it was definately a problem with the gas then they would pay for the repairs. I spent all day trying to figure out what was wong and never got any error codes from the test equipment that I rented. It was getting late and cold so I decided to have my car towed to the Saab dealer. This morning I get a phone call from the Saab dealer. They found high amounts of water in my gas tank! They said they will have to pump all the gas/water out and flush it with some real gas and replace the fuel filter, and spark plugs. The repairs are estimated at $450. I called the guy back at Pilot and told him what the Saab mechanic had told me and they have agreed to pay for the repairs plus some sort of compensation. I should have my car back tonight. In the mean time I have been working from home Monday and today.

UPDATE!

I got by car back from Saab. They said it was the worst case of gasoline contamination they had every seen! Here is a picture of the sample they gave me. The top part is gasoline and the bottom part is the contaminate(water or maybe diesel I'm thinking. We'll see if it freezes or not.).

I signed up for a rewards program with my bank today, one of those things where you get 2 points for every dollar you spend, and I started browsing "the goods" to see what I could win. I ran across this!

Look at this peice of crap they are trying to pass off as a "iPod® Sport Exercise Waist Belt". No! It's a fucking fanny pack! Oh boy! It's 17,000 points! That's an $8,500 fanny pack!
» Violent Femmes

Sunday night Jennifer and I went to the Violent Femmes concert. We stood outside in the rain for about 45 minutes so we could get some good seats. We ended up with some decent seats upstairs on the balcony right at the rail. The concert was really good. They had some really cool instruments.

They had a , , , , , ,, ,,, , and a few .
